Take a look at our descriptions to see how our classes differ. All classes except cycling classes are scheduled in both West Bloomfield and Royal Oak.

Fuse45 [HIIT 90]

Our NEWEST format is here! Fuse45 is always a NON-IMPACT, circuit-based, high-intensity interval workout that trains all modalities of fitness. Cardio stations include rowing, cycling and skiing. Strength stations include arms, core and legs PLUS a bonus move. In this high intensity interval training class, you’ll take part in DOUBLE intervals (yep, that means 90 seconds!).  Don’t worry, it’s always LOW IMPACT! Whether your goal is to increase endurance and stamina, build strength and power, improve balance and flexibility, or increase coordination and accuracy, Fuse45 is the ideal class for you. You will alternate between cardio and strength stations every TWO intervals and sweat your way to the end of class,with a RELAY RACE!

Fuse45 [POWER DAY]

Fuse45 is a NON-IMPACT, circuit-based, high-intensity interval workout that trains all modalities of fitness. Cardio stations include rowing, cycling and skiing. Strength stations include arms, core and legs — plus a STATIC bonus move. Whether your goal is to increase endurance and stamina, build strength and power, improve balance and flexibility, or increase coordination and accuracy, Fuse45 is the ideal class for you. You will alternate between cardio and strength stations EVERY SINGLE INTERVAL and sweat your way to the end of class, earning your FuseScore.

Fuse45 [STRENGTH DAY]

Fuse45 is a NON-IMPACT, circuit-based, high-intensity interval workout that trains all modalities of fitness. Cardio stations include rowing, cycling and skiing. Strength stations include arms, core and legs. This class will include 50% MORE STRENGTH moves. Whether your goal is to increase endurance and stamina, build strength and power, improve balance and flexibility, or increase coordination and accuracy, Fuse45 is the ideal class for you. You will alternate between strength and cardio stations and sweat your way to the end of class. End with a special strength Fuse Finisher option!

CYCLE [WEST BLOOMFIELD ONLY]

Our innovative, high-tech Cycling classes are filled with powerful cardio blasts and excitement. Our bikes will allow you to track your performance during and after class to make sure you are always setting new goals. Instructors will incorporate upper body strength training, adding new dimensions to this not-so-typical cycling class. Let loose to the energizing music and push yourself through competitive intervals and motivating team races, utilizing Performance IQ technology.

STRENGTH CYCLE [WEST BLOOMFIELD ONLY]

Push through short intervals on the bike and then recover with some strength exercises off the bike. Repeat this pattern for 45 minutes and you’ve experienced our new Strength Cycle class. The class is designed to get your heart rate up on the bike and then down while toning your arms for a well-rounded cardio/strength workout.

Fuse45 is a place that welcomes and nourishes all abilities. Our class includes kids, teenagers and young adults. Here they have a safe place where they can be physical and workout with their friends. In each 45-minute class, they practice endurance, strength, stamina, coordination, balance, teamwork and much, much more. Have a child or young adult with developmental challenges? MOMMY BABY FUSE45

This class is a one-of-a-kind workout class for all mommies and of course babies (1 year or younger).

Finally… an exercise class where the mommy actually gets a good sweat and your baby is happy too. Moms will rotate through cardio and strength intervals for a 45-minute class. Moms will always have an option to enhance their strength station by using their baby as a weight. This is a safe and fun way for mommies to bond with their babies, while working up a great sweat! Please BYO blanket for baby.

Best if babies are not mobile yet (under one year), but if they are older, just email us and let us know and they are welcome to come at Mom’s discretion.

FAMILY DAY FUSE45

This is an awesome Fuse45 style workout you can do with your family. ALL AGES WELCOME. No child is too young or too old. We’ll make sure they have a good time no matter what. $10 per person attending when you buy 10 classes. Or $12 for a single session. Family Fuse45 Fitness Classes are scheduled in West Bloomfield and Royal Oak each month.
