We will be breaking down the basics of the rowing stroke, learning the why and how of proper rowing technique, reviewing the performance monitor and metrics, and much more. Clients will have the opportunity to track their progress and learn tips and drills to improve their technique throughout the 3-day series. This session will consist of lectures, breakout movement sessions, and a workout of the day so that students come away not only having worked up a sweat, but also with more knowledge to improve their rowing performance in Fuse45 classes and beyond.

    This class is a one-of-a-kind workout class for all mommies and of course babies (1 year or younger).

    Finally... an exercise class where the mommy actually gets a good sweat and your baby is happy too. Moms will rotate through cardio and strength intervals for a 45-minute class. Moms will always have an option to enhance their strength station by using their baby as a weight. This is a safe and fun way for mommies to bond with their babies, while working up a great sweat!
