Fuse45 welcomes first timers with open arms, in every class offered! Feel free to sign up for any class that fits your schedule. Here are a few tips to feeling right at home in any Fuse class. Before you leave, be sure to take advantage of our complimentary concierge service by stopping by the front desk to be reserved for your next week of classes.
Book in advance.
Classes are open for booking one week in advance. Book online, email [email protected], download the Mindbody app (search for Fuse45) or call one of our studios for quick service. Our friendly front desk staff can answer all of your questions! It’s especially helpful to book in advance so that our staff knows there’s a newbie coming and can take extra special care of you!
Arrive on time.
Before your first class, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your class start time so we can get you checked in, show you around the studio and give you a demo on our rowing machines, air bikes and ski ergs. Be sure to also mention any injuries you may have so that the instructor can offer appropriate modifications throughout your workout. Arriving late can be a huge disruption to the class. If you are running late, please call our front desk so they can inform the instructor.
All Fuse45 classes (regardless of format) offer a combination of cardio machines and strength training. Strength training could include bodyweight exercises, free weights, bosu elites, TRX ropes, TRX weighted balls, TRX straps, sliding discs, resistance bands, and much, much more. Be sure to wear sneakers and comfortable athletic clothes. Also, don’t forget to hydrate! We have filling stations and bottled water for purchase.
Don’t feel intimidated if the movements are brand new to you! It was everyone’s first time once! Plus, our trainers are experts at working with all fitness levels. Safety is always their number one priority and they will gladly offer appropriate modifications to make sure you to get the most of out your workout. They provide personalized attention to ensure you’re doing what’s right for your body without risk of injury. All of our movements are low impact, which will also aid in injury prevention and safe strength building.
Fuse is a one-of-a-kind high intensity workout, it’s sustainable and it’s meant to be FUN! So come in, introduce yourself to your fellow fusers, smile, sweat and have a great time.
