Class Descriptions

Take a look at our descriptions to see how our classes differ. All classes except cycling classes are scheduled in both West Bloomfield and Royal Oak.


Regardless of which class you sign up for, Fuse is a 45-minute low-impact, high-intensity, circuit training style workout. Our instructors and staff care about your success and progress through each and every interval. You will be guided through cardiovascular exercises like rowing, biking and skiing as well as strength training moves involving your arms, core and legs (and every tiny muscle in between). Whether your goal is to increase endurance and stamina, build strength and power, improve balance and flexibility, or increase coordination and accuracy, any Fuse45 class is an ideal choice for you.

Fuse45 [POWER]

In a [POWER] Fuse class, you will alternate between cardio and strength stations every interval and sweat your way to the end of class, earning your FuseScore. This class is relatively fast paced and while all classes are 45 minutes long, this one feels even quicker! It will be over before you know it!

Fuse45 [SHRED]

In a [SHRED] Fuse class, you will start with your cardio for two quick intervals and then transition to your strength station where you will always do a right side, a left side, and an alternating move. You will return to your cardio station for an all out sprint and then repeat your strength moves.


Our [ORIGINAL] format is BACK by popular demand! Get comfortable because we have a bit of endurance here, but with breaks in between intervals. You’ll go through equal parts cardio and strength and earn yourself a Fuse Finisher score at the end.


On [STRENGTH] day, you will experience simpler, heavier movements with less cardio intervals and MORE strength. End with a special strength building Fuse Finisher!

Fuse45 [BLAST]

This is a fast paced class. It’s our only format where you get rewarded for speed. Think [POWER] day, but even quicker. You have 50 seconds to set your BLAST GOAL. After that, the quicker you hit your goal, the more time you have to recover. This class is equal parts cardio and strength and flies by.


Our innovative, high-tech Cycling classes are filled with powerful cardio blasts and excitement. Our bikes will allow you to track your performance during and after class to make sure you are always setting new goals. Instructors will incorporate upper body strength training, adding new dimensions to this not-so-typical cycling class. Let loose to the energizing music and push yourself through competitive intervals and motivating team races, utilizing Performance IQ technology.


Push through short intervals on the bike and then recover with some strength exercises off the bike. Repeat this pattern for 45 minutes and you’ve experienced our new Strength Cycle class. The class is designed to get your heart rate up on the bike and then down while toning your arms for a well-rounded cardio/strength workout.

Fuse45 is a place that welcomes and nourishes all abilities. Our class includes kids, teenagers and young adults. Here they have a safe place where they can be physical and workout with their friends. In each 45-minute class, they practice endurance, strength, stamina, coordination, balance, teamwork and much, much more. Have a child or young adult with developmental challenges? This class is a one-of-a-kind workout class for all mommies and of course babies (1 year or younger).

Finally… an exercise class where the mommy actually gets a good sweat and your baby is happy too. Moms will rotate through cardio and strength intervals for a 45-minute class. Moms will always have an option to enhance their strength station by using their baby as a weight. This is a safe and fun way for mommies to bond with their babies, while working up a great sweat! Please BYO blanket for baby.

Best if babies are not mobile yet (under one year), but if they are older, just email us and let us know and they are welcome to come at Mom’s discretion.

This is an awesome Fuse45 style workout you can do with your family. ALL AGES WELCOME. No child is too young or too old. We’ll make sure they have a good time no matter what. $10 per person attending when you buy 10 classes. Or $12 for a single session. Family Fuse45 Fitness Classes are scheduled in West Bloomfield and Royal Oak each month.
