    This class is a one-of-a-kind workout class for all mommies and of course babies (1 year or younger).

    Finally... an exercise class where the mommy actually gets a good sweat and your baby is happy too. Moms will rotate through cardio and strength intervals for a 45-minute class. Moms will always have an option to enhance their strength station by using their baby as a weight. This is a safe and fun way for mommies to bond with their babies, while working up a great sweat! Moms will always have an option to enhance their strength station by using their baby as a weight. This is a safe and fun way for mommies to bond with their babies, while working up a great sweat!
