Personal Training and coaching began 8 years ago for Brian after spending half his life in healthcare. His love for weightlifting and passion to help others made a 2nd career feel like a 1st. Brian began running Kettlebell/TRX classes which eventually led to his first group training experience. Well balanced programming and effective training tools are crucial, but group energy is what brings hardwork. Love for Kettlebell training eventually led to the competition platform. Brian enjoys competing as well as coaching. He has competed in Kettlebell Sport and Olympic weightlifting and coached many athletes both on and off the platform assisting in many workshops over the years. His knowledge of human anatomy has helped a lot of his clients overcome pain with mobility and myofasical release techniques.
