Jill has more than 15 years in the fitness industry. She believes in pushing your body to uncomfortable limits, but NOT over the edge. Growth comes when we challenge our boundaries. She is supportive, and encouraging, to reach new levels in your fitness, and mental strength! Jill believes what the mind can conceive, the body will achieve!!! With a balance of discipline, and fun… fitness needs to be a part of everybody’s life! Having completed 4 Ironman distance triathlons, and multiple marathons including Boston, Jill understands the hard work, and dedication it takes to go beyond what you ever thought you might achieve. Jill loves to work with fitness levels from beginner, to teen, to extreme! She also has experience and certification in senior fitness.
